Our programs are broken down into four 10-week sessions from September through June. If you join a class mid-session, we will prorate the tuition for you. Once you secure your place in class you have the right of first refusal for each session through the remainder of the season (June). We also have an abbreviated class schedule for July and August.
Registration Fees
There is an annual Registration Fee for each child registered for a class. The 1st child is $55.00, the 2nd child is $50.00 and the 3rd is $15.00 with a cap of $120.00 per family. The Registration Fee is prorated each session throughout the year.
Payment Policies
Payment is due the first week of each session. If NO tuition is paid by the end of week 2, a $25.00 late fee will be added to your account. Payment can be made via cash, check, or credit card (Visa/MC/Disc) through your parent portal or the front desk. For your convenience we offer payment plans and auto-pay options.
Attendance
When you register for a class, you are paying for your child's place in class, not their attendance.
We cannot prorate, refund, or carry forward fees for missed classes. There is no cash value for missed classes.
Please make sure your child is on time for their class. Warm-up and stretching are a vital part of each class and a late arrival will not allow for either.
Attire
Please make sure your child is dressed in comfortable clothes with no buttons, buckles, zippers, etc. Shorts or sweatpants and a tank top or t-shirt are options. Leotards are obviously welcome but NOT mandatory.
No jewelry, socks, shoes, or tights should be worn.
Make-up Classes/No Show
During the year we will do our best to schedule a make-up class for your child if they miss a class due to illness, appointment, etc. Due to high enrollment, it is not always possible to offer a make- up class within the same week your child misses their class.
Each student is allowed 2 make-up classes per session.
When a make-up class is scheduled, we consider it made up whether you attend the class or not. When we book you in the class, we are denying that space to another person for that day.
Our Open Gyms are an option for a make-up class. For preschool ages, we have Open Gym on Wednesdays 1:30 - 2:30 and for the grade-school age students, we have Open Gym Sunday 6:00 - 7:00. You must sign up in advance for the Open Gym. The $10.00 Open Gym fee will be waived if using it for a make-up class.
Please schedule your child's make-up through the office.
Parent Observation
Parents, guardians and visitors are welcome to watch class from our balcony viewing area. We ask that you not watch from the doorway to the gym as that causes congestion at an emergency exit.
Please never leave your children, who are not in class, unattended.
Please DO NOT allow your children to play on the stairs, run throughout the balcony, hang on the railings, etc.
Please do not talk with any of the students in class from the balcony area as this is a safety issue.
If parents choose not to stay and watch practice, they are expected to come inside and pick up their children after class. It is never acceptable for a child to leave the building without an adult.
Advancing Levels - Ages
We run our age criteria much like the school system. If your child is in a Tiny Tot class (2-years-old) they stay in that same program throughout the season. If they turn 3 in January that does not mean that they move up into the next age group (Tumbling Tikes). Our age cutoff is September 30th so that all the children age through the program at the appropriate progression. If you have any concerns regarding your child, please speak to their coach.
